Qube Colonia 5.5" Octacore Phablet, Coming on August 8

Qube, a local brand venturing in Smart TV, CCTV, GPS and other electronic items, presents a new interesting product in the form of a phablet -- Qube Colonia.

Qube, Android, Philippines, Phablet, Smartphone, Octacore

Several months ago, Qube also launched a bang-for-the-buck tablet, Qube 8" PhoneTab. It resonated on the web and became popular with its great specs for its price. And now, here comes a new smartphone stealing our attention with its cool renders and design.

The 5.5-inch IPS HD display has a G+G structure which is said to be the one existing in high quality phones and tablets. 1.7 GHz MediaTek MT6592 Octa Core CPU is under the hood together with Mali-450MP GPU. The internal storage has a capacity of 16GB expandable up to 64GB microSD and 2GB RAM for you to multi-task well. The Li-ion battery is rated at 2400mAh with 120-150 min Talk time.

Other features are the 3D surround sound with front and back speakers, supports magnetic cover, 13MP AF back cam and 2MP front cam, USB OTG, Android 4.4 Kitkat, and Dual-sim. Sadly, NFC is absent but that's not really a deal-breaker for the many.

The Qube Colonia is now available for pre-order and will be coming at August 8. This great package will be sold at an introductory price of P8,990 (before Aug.8).
